2. Notice of the meeting was posted Friday, July 1, 2016.

3. Approve the minutes of the meeting of Wednesday, June 29, 2016, and the minutes of the special meeting of Monday, July 1, 2016.

4. Discussion and possible action to approve Contract for Services between DWG, Inc., and Oklahoma County for audit of the PBA Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2016. Contract price shall not exceed $7,585.00. Requisition No. 11700196 in the amount of $5,823.78 has been issued to DWG, Inc., from PBA Fund/Metro Parking Garage/Professional Services-Auditing & Accounting (7030/3300/54452), Requisition No. 11700197 in the amount of $696.30 has been issued to DWG, Inc., from PBA Fund/Lincoln Bldg/Professional Services-Auditing & Accounting. (7030/2803/54452), and Requisition No. 11700199 in the amount of $587.83 and Requisition No. 11700198 in the amount of $477.09 have been issued to DWG, Inc., PBA Fund/Investor s Capital Bldg/Professional Services-Auditing & Accounting (7030/3400/54452), contingent upon encumbrance of funds. 5. Discussion and possible action on Resolution BB 59-16: Transfer of appropriations for PBA-Lincoln Fund 7030-400 in the amount of $500.00 from Operation to Salary. Transfer is necessary to complete the fiscal year in the Salary account. (Document Received)

6. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 1-17: Carry-over appropriations for PBA-Lincoln Bldg 7030-400 in the amount of $100,000.00 from PBA Reserve 7030-440 Operation. This is to move funds from the fiscal year 2015-16 to the new fiscal year 2016-17. (Document Received)

7. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2-17: Carry-over appropriations for PBA-Metro Parking 7030-410 in the amount of $382,769.44 from PBA Reserve 7030-440 Operation. This is to move funds from the fiscal year 2015-16 to the new fiscal year 2016-17. (Document Received)

8. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 3-17: Carry-over appropriations for PBA-Investor s Capital Bldg 7030-420 in the amount of $115,000.00 from PBA Reserve 7030-440 Operation. This is to move funds from the fiscal year 2015-16 to the new fiscal year 2016-17. (Document Received)

9. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 4-17: Carry-over appropriations for PBA-Krowse 7030-430 in the amount of $101,000.00 from PBA Reserve 7030-440 Operation. This is to move funds from the fiscal year 2015-16 to the new fiscal year 2016-17. (Document Received)

10. Approve all claims, list available for inspection in the office of the County Clerk, Room 201. (Document Received)

11. Citizen participation: Any citizen wishing to address the Public Buildings Authority may do so at this time.
